Booking with Zoom Detailing is simple. Choose your service package online and select a convenient date and time that works for you. Once your appointment is confirmed, our team handles the rest. Upon arrival, your detailer completes a full digital inspection with documented photos before work begins, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process. BEFORE WE GET STARTED

PLEASE READ & AGREE TO OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION & PRICING

I certify that I am the registered owner of the vehicle or otherwise authorized to approve detailing services on its behalf. I have reviewed and approved the selected services and associated pricing.

2. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Full payment is required to confirm and secure your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of payment and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

3. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, cash, firearms, medications, and other sensitive items before your appointment.

Zoom Express Car Wash is not responsible for any personal property left inside the vehicle before, during, or after service.

4. DETAILING RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Vehicle detailing significantly improves the appearance of your vehicle; however, no service can guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, pet hair, embedded contaminants, paint defects, or other pre-existing conditions. Results vary depending on the age, condition, and materials of the vehicle.

5. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE & MECHANICAL DISCLAIMER

Cleaning may reveal previously existing damage or wear that was concealed by dirt or debris, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, cracked trim, loose components, worn upholstery, faded finishes, or damaged electronics.

Zoom Express Car Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures that occur independently of the detailing service.

6. WEATHER & APPOINTMENTS

For the safety of our team and to ensure service quality, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns regarding the completed service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow us the opportunity to inspect and address the concern before any refund or other resolution is considered.

8. PHOTO & VIDEO AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Zoom Express Car Wash to photograph and/or record my vehicle before, during, and after service for documentation, quality assurance, insurance, employee training, and marketing purposes unless I provide written notice declining such use prior to the appointment.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By authorizing service, I acknowledge and agree that Zoom Express Car Wash shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, hidden or latent defects, or mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures unrelated to the services performed.

In the event that Zoom Express Car Wash is determined to be legally responsible for any claim arising directly from the services provided, the company's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the detailing service giving rise to the claim, except where otherwise required by applicable law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By proceeding with this appointment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
