Damage Claim Policy

General Policy Overview

Zoom Express Car Wash strives to deliver outstanding service and ensure that your vehicle is cleaned with the highest level of care. However, we are not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing conditions, external factors beyond our control, or damages unrelated to the washing process.

Zoom Express Car Wash is not responsible for the following damages:
  • Wind shield wipers
  • Rear windshield wipers
  • Antennas
  • Side mirrors and mirror caps
  • Wheel covers and wheel center caps
  • Vehicle badging or emblems
  • Collisions caused by braking or driving in the car wash tunnel
  • Moonroofs, sunroofs, glass, or bug shields
  • Loose or broken partsBody damage or scratches
  • Non-factory installed items (e.g., after-market accessories)
  • Vehicles over 5 years old
  • Any damages that occur as a result of factors outside of the washing process
Reporting A Claim

If you believe your vehicle has been damaged during the wash process, please follow these steps:

1) Immediately report any damage to a manager on the property.
2) Manager will submit your damage claim through our Jolt platform, which will be forwarded to our corporate team for review.
3) Please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • The date and time of the car wash
  • A detailed description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage (clear shots showing the affected areas)

Claims must be submitted before leaving the lot. Any Claims submitted after leaving the lot will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Zoom Express Car Wash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the washing process. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or reimbursement of damages directly caused by the car wash tunnel.
