Zoom Express Car Wash Refund Policy
At Zoom Express Car Wash, we take pride in offering reliable and high-quality services to all of our customers. To maintain fairness and operational clarity, our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency while protecting the integrity of our membership and service programs.

Refunds will only be considered under clearly defined conditions outlined below.
Unlimited VIP Club
Unlimited VIP Clubs are non-refundable except in specific situations where the customer has proactively canceled their membership prior to the billing renewal date and can provide appropriate documentation.
A refund may be considered only if:
- The membership was canceled before the scheduled renewal date, and
- The customer provides one of the following as verification:
- A valid cancellation confirmation email (for online cancellations)
- A printed or digital receipt confirming the cancellation (for in-person cancellations at any Zoom Express location)
Terms and Conditions:
- If the Unlimited VIP Club has been used to redeem a wash during the current billing cycle, it is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of cancellation status.
- Refund will not be permitted if cancelled on renewal billing date.
- No refund requests will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase under any circumstances.
All Unlimited Memberships are subject to our Terms of Service, which customers must acknowledge at the time of purchase.
Single Washes
Zoom Express Car Wash does not offer refunds for single wash purchases, unless service was not provided.
If you are not satisfied with your wash results, please speak with a team member before leaving the site to request a complimentary rewash. Once you leave the property, rewash requests or refund claims cannot be honored.
